Our head chef Vincenzo Antista, born in Castelbuono in the heart of the Madonie, brings both light fish dishes and typical local cuisine from the Madonie mountains to the table
Our à la carte menu is always adapted to the season so that you can always enjoy the respective types of vegetables, herbs and fresh fish.
And if you want something different: Our head waiter will be happy to advise you on your choice!
Our half-board menu consists of a starter, a first course (Primo), a second course (Secondo) and a dessert. With the Primi and Secondi you can choose from two different dishes that change daily.
In good weather you can always enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on our panoramic terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the coast and the wide sea! We spoil you with Sicilian dishes and a wide selection of local wines!
If you are subject to a special nutrition plan, please let us know. We will of course take this into account when preparing our dishes.
