White Almaris is an Etna Bianco DOC 2025 with a refined and vibrant profile. The freshness brought by the high altitude and the minerality of the volcanic soils give rise to an elegant white wine that brings the character of Sicily to the table.<\/p>\n

Etna Bianco DOC 2025 is produced on the volcano<\/h2>\n

The grapes grow on the slopes of the\u2019Etna<\/a>, where climate, soil and winemaking expertise come together. Here, the temperature variations between day and night bring out the aromas and acidity. Furthermore, the lava soils give the wine an unmistakable mineral character.<\/p>\n

This is why Etna\u2019s white wines are regarded as some of the most authentic expressions of Sicilian viticulture. The appellation\u2019s regulations place particular emphasis on Carricante, a grape variety native to the volcano.<\/p>\n

On the palate<\/h2>\n

The wine is dry, fresh and vibrant. A pronounced mineral character enhances its elegance and drinkability. As a result, every sip is clean and inviting, from the aperitif right through to the end of the meal.<\/p>\n
