Born at the foot of Mount Etna, our chestnut honey encapsulates the silent power of the volcano and the richness of its lava soils, which give local products unique and recognisable characteristics.

Produced in the Zafferana Etnea area, the historical heart of Sicilian beekeeping, it has always been considered one of the area's excellences, so much so as to be called “Etna's Gold”.

It is the fruit of the patient work of lapari, the Sicilian beekeepers, custodians of a tradition that has its roots in the early decades of the 20th century and that still today combines knowledge, respect for nature and local culture.
